Welcome!
When it comes to mental health, I try to practice what I preach. For me that includes dedicating time to combine a mindfulness practice with a craft. (my fingers depend on this) In the end, I find a sense of serenity, both in the process and in the completion and beauty of a work.
This leaves me with an array of hand crafted pieces in excess which I have posted here for purchase in order to share this craft. This way I can continue to fund this artform and practice while you benefit from a piece of wood art that I hope brings you a sense of serenity and delight as well.
If you have an idea for a specific piece of woodwork, please feel free to send me a message and I will see what I can do. I have done a few of these requests over the years and would be happy to do this for you as well.
