Practice Tools

Practice tools are one way the ideas on this site move from reflection into application. The tools here are designed to support clinicians in staying close to function, context, and workability in their day-to-day practice. They grow out of training, supervision, and lived clinical work rather than abstract models.

Functional Process Note Assistant

The Functional Process Note Assistant is a guided documentation and reflection tool grounded in Functional Contextualism and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

It is designed to help clinicians write notes, conceptualize cases, and plan interventions in ways that remain aligned with process-based thinking and real clinical contexts.
