WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Go deeper than technique.
I work with clinicians, supervisors, educators, and organizations that want to understand behavior more functionally and practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with greater depth.
My approach is grounded in Functional Contextualism, Relational Frame Theory, and the realities of clinical practice. The aim is not simply to learn more interventions. It is to become more flexible, thoughtful, and responsive to the person, group, or system in front of you.
My work tends to attract clinicians who want more than technique: people drawn to a practice culture where compassion, rigor, responsibility, and workability are held together.

1
Training & Workshops
For clinicians, teams, and organizations looking for practical, experiential ACT training.
I offer workshops ranging from introductory ACT and FACT training to more advanced work in Functional Contextualism, Relational Frame Theory, functional case formulation, and process-based practice.
Trainings are adapted to the experience and needs of the people in the room. Participants learn the underlying principles, practice applying them, and leave with ideas they can use in their work.
Available online, onsite, and in customized formats for practices, agencies, colleges, and professional organizations.
2
Supervision
For clinicians who want to develop greater depth, flexibility, and confidence in their work.
Supervision is a place to slow the work down and examine what is actually happening in the room. Together, we look at case formulation, the therapeutic relationship, moment-to-moment responding, and the patterns shaping both client and clinician behavior.
The goal is not to provide the “right” ACT response. It is to help you notice more, think functionally, and respond in ways that fit the person and context in front of you.
Individual and group supervision are available online.
3
Clinical Consultation
For clinicians, supervisors, practices, and organizations facing a question that does not have an obvious answer.
Consultation may focus on a particular case, a clinical program, staff development, supervision systems, training design, or the integration of ACT and functional thinking into an organization.
I bring curiosity, candor, and a pragmatic focus to the work. We examine what is happening, what the current approach is producing, and what might move the situation in a more workable direction.
4
Online Flex-Lab
For clinicians who learn best by practicing with other clinicians.
Online Flex-Lab is an experiential space for exploring ACT, Functional Contextualism, RFT, and process-based practice in real time.
Rather than spending the entire session talking about the work, we practice it. Sessions may include demonstrations, role-play, case exploration, experiential exercises, and conversations about what becomes visible when we slow clinical interactions down.
Flex-Lab is designed to support curiosity, experimentation, and continued development without requiring clinicians to perform or pretend they already know.
5
Clinical Practice
For people seeking individual or couples therapy in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
My clinical work focuses on helping people respond more flexibly to anxiety, health concerns, chronic pain, grief, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.
Therapy is offered through Rhode Island ACT, where I also serve as founder and clinical director.
